Thanks for taking the time to apply to vendor at Musicians Corner. We will make sure we review every submission we get, but considering the huge number of vendors that apply we will not be able to get back to everyone and apologise if you do not hear from us.

Since 2010, Musicians Corner has provided free public access to live music in the heart of Music City. Located in beautiful Centennial Park, the series takes place in May, June, and September each year.

Over 1,500 artists have been showcased on the Musicians Corner stage, including legendary artists Emmylou Harris, Chris Stapleton, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Vince Gill, and Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

Musicians Corner is a program of Centennial Park Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to preserve, enhance, and share the Parthenon and Centennial Park so that all future generations may benefit from these enriching cultural and educational landmarks.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

WAITLIST
We will begin notifying wait listed vendors of any openings on May 1st

LOAD-IN TIMES
Exact times will be assigned to each vendor the week of the event to manage traffic flow.

EVENT LOCATION
The Musicians Corner Amphitheater, located at 27th Ave & West End in Nashville’s Centennial Park.

Fees
10' x 10' Tented Artisan Vendor Space:
Thursday or Friday - $75 per date
Saturday or Sunday - $100 per date
We do not supply tents, tables, or chairs

Mobile/Trailer Vendor Space:
Thursday or Friday - $125 per date
Saturday or Sunday - $150 per date

Musicians Corner is committed to providing a space for local artisans and craftspeople. Locally owned small businesses (less than 5 employees) who do not qualify as artisan vendors may be included at the discretion of the Festival; please email jenn@conservancyonline.com with any questions. Any other businesses should select "Sponsorship Interest" 

A variety of sponsorship levels are available for businesses who do not fit these categories! Please select "Sponsorship Interest" and our Sponsorship manager will reach out. You can email jenn@conservancyonline.com with any questions regarding the application.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the event.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Vendor has been contacted with a confirmation email including a payment link and payment has been received. 

Musicians Corner will send an email with load in details in advance of each date. 

PAYMENT
Once your application has been processed and approved you will receive a payment link. Payment is due upon receipt. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in revocation of the reservation and immediate invitation of an applicant from the waiting list.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
This is a rain or shine event. If the event is canceled due to weather prior to 2 hours after the start of the event, Musicians Corner will refund the Vendor in full. If the vendor cancels for any reason, there will be no refund. Musicians Corner reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given.

LIABILITY 
Vendor certifies it holds adequate liability insurance to cover any occurrences resulting in damage or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Musicians Corner, The Centennial Park Conservancy, Nashville Metropolitan Government, their employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, and judgments, including all cost of attorney fees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Staff and volunteers will be on site to help you find your space. Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down of their space and are responsible for their own property while on site. Each vendor is to provide their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs. Musicians Corner is not liable for any loss or damages while on site. If any vendor is found to be in violation of these guidelines, Musicians Corner reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given. Musicians Corner reserves the right to place vendors in booth locations at their complete discretion and shall have sole and complete authority to place the participant in any location contained in the vendor marketplace. Vendors may not begin load out until the event has ended and event staff have given the all-clear to bring vehicles on site. 

GUIDELINES 
Vendors should adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, and should refrain from bringing weapons, fireworks, illegal drugs, and glass containers to the event premise. Vendors and their staff should refrain from lewd, obscene, deceptive, or indecent actions, conduct, language, pictures, or portrayals on premise; and nothing shall be presented, used, or sold that is contrary to law or prohibited by ordinance of Metro Nashville Government. Violence of any kind is prohibited and cause for immediate expulsion from the events. If any vendor is found to be in violation of these guidelines, Musicians Corner reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given.
