Thanks for taking the time to apply to Nashville Earth Day. We will make sure we review every submission we get, but considering the huge number of vendors that apply we will not be able to get back to everyone and apologise if you do not hear from us.

Nashville Earth Day, the city’s official annual event to celebrate Earth Day, will return to Centennial Park on Saturday, April 19th from 11 AM - 5 PM.

Please do not apply more than once. You will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email - if you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder for noreply@festivalpro.com.

The Centennial Park Conservancy in partnership with Urban Green Lab presents Nashville Earth Day in Centennial Park. This free family event brings the Nashville community together to celebrate our planet, inspire positive environmental change, and support sustainable small businesses and nonprofits.

Nashville Earth Day will feature engaging and educational activities from a variety of exhibitors and vendors, including: local growers and makers, nonprofits, sustainable small businesses, and state/metro government agencies. The event will also include free live music, Kidsville activities, and local food vendors. For the past four years, Centennial Park Conservancy has used proceeds generated by the city’s official Earth Day celebration to underwrite environmental projects across Nashville.

Vendors and exhibitors supply their own tents, tables, and chairs.
Submitting this application does not guarantee vendor acceptance or participation in Nashville Earth Day. Approved vendors will be notified of their acceptance by Nashville Earth Day staff.
An artisan vendor is defined as an individual or company selling small tangible goods that can be transported home with the customer at the conclusion of the event.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 7th at 6pm. The application will remain open and applicants will be added to the waitlist after that date.

VENDOR APPROVALS: NED will be approving vendors on a rolling basis

PAYMENT DEADLINE: April 1st at 6pm

WAITLIST: We will begin notifying wait listed vendors of any openings on April 9th

LOAD-IN TIMES: Load-in times will be assigned to each vendor to manage traffic flow and will be sent out closer to the event date.

VENDOR DEFINITIONS

An artisan vendor is defined as an individual or company selling small tangible goods (typically handmade) that can be transported home with the customer at the conclusion of the event.

Musicians Corner is committed to providing a space for local artisans and craftspeople. Locally owned small businesses (less than 5 employees) who do not qualify as artisan vendors may be included at the discretion of the Festival; please email jenn@conservancyonline.com with any questions. Any other businesses should select "Sponsorship Interest"

A variety of sponsorship levels are available for businesses who do not fit these categories! Please select "Sponsorship Interest" and our Sponsorship manager will reach out. You can email jenn@conservancyonline.com with any questions regarding the application.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the event.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Vendor has been contacted with a confirmation email including a payment link and payment has been received.

Nashville Earth Day will send an email with load in details in advance of the festival.

FOOD AND BEV

Food or drink items may not be given away or sold by non-food vendors.

We encourage all participants to use compostable or recyclable supplies whenever possible. Glass, styrofoam, or plastic of any kind are not permitted.

PAYMENT
Once your application has been processed and approved you will receive a payment link. Payment is due upon receipt. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in revocation of the reservation and immediate invitation of an applicant from the waiting list.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
This is a rain or shine event. If the event is canceled due to weather prior to 2 hours after the start of the event, Nashville Earth Day will refund the Vendor in full. If the vendor cancels for any reason, there will be no refund. Nashville Earth Day reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given.

LIABILITY
Vendor certifies it holds adequate liability insurance to cover any occurrences resulting in damage or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nashville Earth Day, The Centennial Park Conservancy, Nashville Metropolitan Government, their employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, and judgments, including all cost of attorney fees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Staff and volunteers will be on site to help you find your space. Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down of their space and are responsible for their own property while on site. Each vendor is to provide their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs. Nashville Earth Day is not liable for any loss or damages while on site. If any vendor is found to be in violation of these guidelines, Nashville Earth Day reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given.Vendors may not begin load out until the event has ended and event staff have given the all-clear to bring vehicles on site.

GUIDELINES
Vendors should adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, and should refrain from bringing weapons, fireworks, illegal drugs, and glass containers to the event premise. Vendors and their staff should refrain from lewd, obscene, deceptive, or indecent actions, conduct, language, pictures, or portrayals on premise; and nothing shall be presented, used, or sold that is contrary to law or prohibited by ordinance of Metro Nashville Government. Violence of any kind is prohibited and cause for immediate expulsion from the events. If any vendor is found to be in violation of these guidelines, Nashville Earth Day reserves the right to revoke admittance of any vendor to the festival at any time and no refund will be given.
