These are general guidelines and interns may be asked to help out on site in other roles as needed. We are a small team and everyone pitches in to ensure a successful event.
Operations, Hospitality, and Merchandise Interns will have one office/warehouse day per week (~3 hours) to reset and restock supplies for each event weekend. This does NOT apply to Audio Production Interns.
This internship averages 85 - 150 hours per semester (depending on the role, semester, weather, etc) so applicants who need 125 - 150 hours for school credit may need to supplement with an additional internship at another organization.
This is a paid internship at $14/hr. You do not have to receive school credit to participate. This is NOT a remote position and interns must be located in the Middle TN area as of February 2026.
For questions, please contact the Centennial Park Conservancy.
We look forward to receiving your application!
